Our Process
Please fill out our Rig Building form and describe your project. We’ll go over all the details of your rig, including size, ergonomics, connections, and your preferred format for transportation.
We’ll send you a virtual mockup along with the estimated costs for your project.
To get the build started, we require a deposit covering the estimated cost of the parts and materials.
We'll assemble and test your rig. While timelines may vary depending on the project, small to medium-sized pedalboards are typically ready in about a week.
Once your project is ready, we’ll go through the features together. We’ll follow up to ensure your project meets your expectations.

What exactly is included in a Custom Beau Rig Pedalboard Wiring Setup?
Depending on your needs, we will assemble your project with:
Custom Length Audio, MIDI and Power Cables with professional-grade components.
We use parts from industry-leading brands (Neutrik, Switchcraft, Evidence Audio, Mogami, Canare), which offer better shielding, stronger connections, and reduced noise, giving you a more reliable rig and consistent tone.
Power Supply: Every reliable rig starts with a high-quality power supply. We will install an isolated power supply (Cioks, Strymon, Voodoo Lab etc.) to make sure your pedals are powered properly with a stable power source.
Mounting Hardware: We'll install Dual Lock or other mounting solutions to make sure your gear stays in place and withstands the rough conditions of touring.
I would absolutely love to have my pedalboard wired by Beau Rig Audio, but I live too far away. What are my options?
Several options are available for remote pedalboard setups.
- Ship your existing pedals to our shop. We'll provide the rest of the components and ship your completed rig back to you.
- We can assemble your rig from scratch with placeholder pedals.
- Buy the missing components for you and have them shipped directly to our workspace.
Where does the name « Beau Rig » come from?
Beau Rig (Beautiful Rig) is a common expression in the Quebec music scene.
A musician's tools, organized efficiently and tastefully, allowing him to concentrate on his music.
