Pedalboard Setup - Émile Bilodeau
Here's a pedalboard setup for Emile Bilodeau. This project was assembled for his solo tour « Bill aux Iles ».
Since we didn't want his rig to be unnecessary big for his regular full-band gigs, we decided it was a better option to split his rig into two small pedalboards.
His primary setup consists of two acoustic guitars with their own tuners and DI. The THRU signal of the second guitar is routed to his second pedalboard, via a junction box.
His second pedalboard is placed further away on the stage, so we added another tuner, a looper (Spark placeholder) and an overdrive pedal.
We installed two small junction boxes to avoid wear on the connections and to make sure everything is plugged properly. As always, we used the best components available to make sure this rig handles rough touring conditions.
Both pedalboards are assembled using Pedaltrain Metro 16, Cioks SOL and Evidence Audio ESP patch cables.
Everything needed for the gig fits in one case, a Nanuk 938 tour case. It was an important request from his tour manager, to make sure nothing gets left behind, as we often forget things on stage.
A huge thanks for your trust !
